You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your contact details current. This includes maintaining a working email address so you can receive important notices about your account or service.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you order from CybroHost. Prices, service terms, and included resources are shown during the order process or in your client area.
If payment for an active service is overdue, CybroHost may suspend or terminate that service until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Customers are responsible for keeping their own backups before requesting cancellation because cancelled services may be suspended, terminated, or removed.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of websites, databases, files, emails, and any other content stored through our services.
While CybroHost may offer backup-related features or assistance in some cases, backups are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or recoverable in every situation.
You may not use CybroHost services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activities.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or host through CybroHost.

All rights in the CybroHost platform, systems, branding, website materials, and service-related technology remain the property of CybroHost unless otherwise stated.

We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose unless such commitment is clearly stated in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CybroHost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption.
CybroHost’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, the CybroHost website, or any CybroHost service, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
