Domain Registration Terms

1. Scope and registrar relationship

CybroHost provides the customer-facing ordering, billing and support relationship for domain services purchased through our website. The underlying registrar and registry perform technical registration functions and may impose mandatory rules that apply in addition to CybroHost policies.

• Contact CybroHost first for normal domain support, billing and reseller assistance.
• Registrar, registry and ICANN policies can control eligibility, data requirements, transfers, expiration, disputes and suspension.
• Certain mandatory registrar communications may be sent directly or through a private-label/generic workflow.

2. Registration and registrant details

You must provide complete, current and accurate registrant and account information when required for a domain order and keep it updated throughout the registration term. This can include name, organization, postal address, email address and telephone number.

Registry or registrar verification may be required. If a required registrant email or contact verification is not completed within the applicable period, a domain can be suspended or otherwise restricted under registrar or ICANN rules.

If you register a domain for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the required contact information on their behalf.

3. Registration rights & registry rules

A domain registration is a time-limited contractual right to use a name through the domain name system. It is not an ownership interest independent of registrar and registry services. Registration remains subject to the applicable TLD registry policies, ICANN consensus policies and dispute-resolution procedures.

Some TLDs have additional eligibility, residency, use, documentation or content requirements. You are responsible for confirming that you qualify for the extension you order.

4. Pricing and premium domains

Registration, transfer, renewal and restoration prices are the prices shown by CybroHost at the time the relevant transaction is submitted. Pricing can change for future transactions when registry, registrar, currency, tax or commercial costs change.

• Premium domains may have higher initial and renewal prices than standard names.
• Some TLDs use registry-level variable pricing.
• A search result does not guarantee registration until the registry accepts the completed order.
• If a domain shown as available becomes unavailable before registry confirmation, CybroHost will not be able to complete that registration and will address the failed order through the applicable billing process.

5. WHOIS/RDAP privacy

Privacy or proxy services may be available at no additional registrar charge for eligible TLDs through the registrar. Registry rules can prevent privacy on certain extensions.

Using a privacy service does not remove your obligation to provide accurate underlying registrant information to CybroHost, the registrar or registry. Privacy can also be disabled or disclosure can be required when necessary to comply with law, ICANN policy, a valid dispute process or applicable registrar/registry rules.

6. Transfers and domain lock

For many TLDs, an outbound or inbound transfer requires the domain to be unlocked and a valid EPP/Auth code. Only authorized contacts may approve a transfer.

• Many gTLDs cannot be transferred during the first 60 days after initial registration or a previous registrar transfer.
• Other transfer locks may apply after certain registrant-contact changes or under registry policy.
• Transfers started close to expiration carry extra risk if authorization or registry processing is delayed.
• Most eligible transfers add one registration year, but registry exceptions can apply, including certain recently renewed domains or domains already near the maximum registration term.

CybroHost may keep registrar lock enabled by default to reduce unauthorized transfer risk.

7. Renewals, expiration and redemption

Domain registrations end on their expiration date unless renewed. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing/contact information and renewing the domain before expiry.

After expiration, DNS resolution or other domain functionality may stop. Depending on the TLD lifecycle, an expired domain may enter a grace/reactivation period, redemption period, pending deletion or become available for registration by someone else. Restoration during redemption can carry a higher registry/registrar fee and is not guaranteed.

Automatic renewal, where enabled, is a convenience and does not remove your responsibility to monitor expiration dates and successful payment.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Domain transactions are registry/registrar transactions and are treated differently from hosting refunds. Once a registration, renewal or transfer is accepted by the registrar or registry, it may be irreversible.

• For eligible standard registrations or renewals, CybroHost may review a cancellation request submitted within three calendar days if the registrar permits reversal.
• Any non-recoverable registry, transaction or payment fees may be deducted.
• Premium names, special registry products, expired-domain services and other non-reversible transactions may be excluded.
• High-volume registration/cancellation activity intended to test or “taste” domains is not eligible for voluntary refunds.
• An incomplete incoming transfer may be refundable when the registrar accepts cancellation, subject to non-recoverable fees.

The current Refund Policy also applies.

9. DNS, forwarding and security features

Nameserver, DNS, forwarding, parking, DNSSEC, privacy, locking and related tools depend on the TLD and registrar or registry support. Incorrect DNS changes can interrupt websites, email and other services, and DNS changes may take time to propagate.

You are responsible for verifying DNS records before and after changes. CybroHost does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party DNS, email or hosting services simply because the domain is registered through us.

10. Abuse, disputes and prohibited use

You must not register or use domains for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, fraud, deceptive impersonation, abusive spam infrastructure or infringement of third-party rights. Domain disputes may be subject to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), URS or other registry/country-code procedures.

CybroHost is not a substitute for a court or formal domain dispute process. Complaints can be referred to the registrar, registry, dispute provider or appropriate legal process when required.

11. Verification, suspension & action

A domain can be denied, locked, suspended, transferred, cancelled or modified when required to correct an error, verify registrant information, enforce applicable policy, respond to a dispute or legal order, protect DNS/registry stability or address fraud and abuse.

Because some actions are controlled by the registrar or registry, CybroHost may not be able to override or reverse them.

12. Registrar and registry limitations

CybroHost is not responsible for registry errors, third-party registrar outages, registry policy changes, TLD suspension, unavailable names, failed third-party transfer approval or other events outside CybroHost's reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to assist with registrar/reseller support where the issue relates to a domain purchased through CybroHost.

13. Changes and contact

These Domain Registration Terms may be updated when registrar, registry, ICANN, technical or legal requirements change. Mandatory registrar, registry or ICANN policies may apply immediately even if this page has not yet been updated.
