Acceptable Usage Policy

1. Purpose

CybroHost services are provided for lawful hosting, website, application, and related online use. This Acceptable Usage Policy exists to protect the stability, security, and reputation of our network and to ensure our services are used in a responsible manner.

2. General Rules of Conduct

You must not use CybroHost services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, disruptive, or likely to create security or operational risk.

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempts to bypass security controls or access restrictions
• Harms the stability, performance, or reputation of our infrastructure
• Creates risk for CybroHost, its customers, or third parties

You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account, including the actions of anyone using your services, systems, or login credentials.

3. Illegal, Harmful, or Exploitative Content

You may not host, distribute, store, transmit, or link to content or activity that is illegal, harmful, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited.

• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitative material
• Terrorist or violent extremist content
• Content that promotes serious criminal wrongdoing
• Unlawful threats, incitement, or abusive conduct
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, if prohibited under our service standards

4. Malware, Unauthorized Access, and Security Abuse

You may not use CybroHost services to create, distribute, host, or operate malicious or abusive security-related activity.

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or botnets
• Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or deceptive login systems
• Unauthorized access attempts against systems, networks, or accounts
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or abusing security weaknesses
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without permission

Any attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security safeguards is strictly prohibited.

5. Spam, Email Abuse, and Messaging

CybroHost services, including SMTP VPS and mail server VPS services, may not be used to send, relay, or facilitate spam, deceptive messaging, or abusive email activity.

• Unsolicited bulk email or spam campaigns
• Email spoofing or forged message headers
• Misleading sender identities
• Use of mailing lists without valid consent where required
• Messaging activity that causes repeated complaints or reputation damage

To protect service quality and network reputation, CybroHost may restrict or suspend email-related functionality where abuse is suspected or confirmed.

6. SMTP VPS Mailing Policy

SMTP VPS services are intended for legitimate, permission-based email infrastructure only. CybroHost provides SMTP VPS plans for lawful mail server hosting, transactional email, business notifications, application alerts, opt-in newsletters, and compliant email-sending workloads. CybroHost does not sell spam servers and does not allow SMTP VPS services to be used for spam or abuse.

Good mailing and allowed use

• Transactional email such as OTPs, password resets, invoices, order confirmations, account alerts, and system notifications.
• Business email sent to recipients who gave valid consent or who have a legitimate relationship with the sender.
• Opt-in newsletters and marketing emails where recipient consent can be proven and unsubscribe handling is provided where required.
• Self-managed mail server software such as Postfix, Exim, Sendmail, Mailcow, Postal, or similar tools used responsibly.
• Properly authenticated email using PTR/rDNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, correct hostname alignment, secure SMTP authentication, bounce handling, and complaint handling.

Bad mailing and prohibited use

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, unsolicited commercial email, or messages sent to recipients who did not consent.
• Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, guessed, appended, or third-party email lists without valid consent from each recipient.
• Phishing, impersonation, spoofing, forged headers, misleading subject lines, deceptive sender identity, or fraudulent content.
• Open relays, spam relays, mass-mailing abuse, snowshoe spam, list bombing, mail bombing, or attempts to bypass anti-abuse systems.
• Malware links, scam campaigns, credential theft, exploit delivery, ransomware, spyware, botnet control, or harmful content.
• Email activity that causes excessive bounces, spam complaints, blacklist or blocklist listings, IP reputation damage, upstream-provider complaints, or payment-processor risk.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for all email sent from their SMTP VPS, including messages sent by scripts, applications, compromised accounts, insecure mail software, or third parties with access to the server. Customers must secure their VPS, monitor mail queues, handle bounces and complaints, maintain clean recipient lists, and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and data-protection rules.

Abuse enforcement

CybroHost may investigate abuse reports, blacklist reports, spam complaints, payment-risk notices, upstream-provider notices, or suspicious sending patterns. If abuse is suspected or confirmed, CybroHost may suspend, restrict, null-route, or terminate the SMTP VPS immediately, with or without prior notice. SMTP VPS services terminated for abuse, spam, fraud, phishing, blacklist damage, or policy violation are not eligible for refund.

7. Denial-of-Service, Network Abuse, and Disruption

You may not use our services to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade any system, network, service, or customer environment.

• DoS or DDoS attacks
• Booter or stresser services
• Traffic floods or request floods intended to disrupt services
• Intentional interference with the operation of any hosted environment

8. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation

CybroHost services may not be used for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

• Financial scams, fraud, or identity theft
• Impersonating individuals, brands, or organizations in a misleading way
• Fake support pages, deceptive offers, or scam websites
• Use of stolen payment methods or payment abuse

9. Intellectual Property and Piracy

You may not host, distribute, or link to pirated or infringing content through CybroHost services.

• Pirated software, cracks, key generators, or warez
• Unauthorized copies of movies, music, games, books, or other copyrighted works
• Services primarily designed to distribute infringing material
• Content published without the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions

CybroHost may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may suspend repeat offenders.

10. Privacy and Personal Data Misuse

You may not unlawfully collect, store, process, distribute, or misuse personal data through our services.

• Hosting or distributing stolen personal data or credentials
• Unlawful surveillance, tracking, or privacy-invasive activity
• Collecting personal data without appropriate notice or legal basis
• Misusing payment information or sensitive personal records

You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and data protection laws for any personal data you collect or process.

11. Resource Use and Fair Use

You must use CybroHost services in a way that does not materially harm the performance, stability, or reliability of our network or other customers’ services.

General fair use

Services may not be used primarily for activities that create excessive operational load or network congestion beyond the intended purpose of the selected plan.

Shared Hosting

• Sustained heavy CPU, memory, disk I/O, or bandwidth abuse is not allowed
• Bulk file distribution, file mirroring, or similar high-bandwidth delivery is not allowed
• Continuous background processes not suited for shared environments are not allowed
• Cryptocurrency mining or similar high-intensity workloads are not allowed
• Open proxies or public relay services are not allowed

VPS Hosting

VPS services support broader workloads, but they must still comply with this policy and may not be used for activities that create material security, reputational, or network risk.

• Hacking, phishing, malware, spam, or illegal content
• Open proxies, public VPN exit nodes, or similar relay services without approval
• Cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work workloads without approval
• Repeated abuse complaints or activity that damages network reputation

12. Enforcement

If CybroHost reasonably believes that this Acceptable Usage Policy has been violated, we may take action including investigation, warning, rate limiting, feature restriction, content removal, service isolation, suspension, or termination.

We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect our services, other customers, third parties, or to comply with legal requirements.

SMTP VPS abuse, including spam, phishing, deceptive sending, blacklist damage, or payment-risk activity, may result in immediate termination without refund.

13. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse or suspected violations of this policy, please contact CybroHost support with relevant details such as domain, IP address, timestamps, logs, and a description of the issue.

14. Updates to This Policy

CybroHost may update this Acceptable Usage Policy from time to time. Any revised version becomes effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the services after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised policy.
