Acceptable Usage Policy

1. Purpose and general rule

CybroHost services are provided for lawful internet and hosting use. You must not use the Services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, disruptive, or that creates a material security, operational or reputational risk for CybroHost, other customers, network or service providers, or third parties.

2. Strictly prohibited activity

• Child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, human trafficking or coercive content.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, command-and-control systems or malicious payload distribution.
• Phishing, credential theft, fraud, identity theft, deceptive login pages or impersonation used to cause harm.
• Unauthorized system access, exploitation, brute-force attacks, password attacks or bypassing security controls.
• DoS/DDoS attacks, booter/stresser services, traffic spoofing or deliberate network disruption.
• Stolen payment data, credentials, personal data or other unlawfully obtained information.
• Activity prohibited by applicable law, binding legal process or applicable datacenter/network requirements.

3. Scanning, testing and security use

Do not scan, probe, exploit or test systems you do not own or have clear authorization to test. Security research, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and high-rate port scanning must not target third-party systems without authorization and must not create network abuse complaints or operational risk.

4. SMTP and mailing VPS use

CybroHost may provide Port 25, PTR/rDNS support, dedicated IPs or additional IP options for legitimate email infrastructure. These features do not permit spam or deceptive mail.

• Use recipients who have provided valid permission or another lawful basis for the messages sent.
• Do not use scraped, harvested, purchased, guessed or unlawfully obtained lists for unsolicited bulk email.
• Use accurate sender identity, headers and domains. Do not spoof identities or conceal the origin of abusive mail.
• Provide and honor unsubscribe mechanisms where required and maintain suppression records.
• Handle complaints, hard bounces and invalid addresses promptly.
• Do not operate an unauthenticated open SMTP relay.
• Do not rotate IPs, domains or sender identities primarily to evade blocks, complaint systems or reputation controls.
• Do not send phishing, malware, scam messages or messages designed to collect credentials deceptively.

If sending behavior causes repeated complaints, blocklisting, provider rejection or material reputation damage, CybroHost may require remediation, restrict SMTP ports, withdraw additional IPs or suspend the service.

5. Shared Hosting resource use

Shared Hosting is designed for ordinary websites and web applications. Accounts must not monopolize shared CPU, memory, disk I/O, processes, database capacity, mail capacity or network resources.

Persistent high-load background processing, public proxy services, cryptomining, mass unsolicited mail, bulk file distribution or workloads that materially affect other shared accounts may be limited, suspended or required to move to a VPS or dedicated server.

6. Linux VPS and Windows VPS

VPS customers have increased administrative control and are responsible for server security. Keep operating systems, remote-access services, applications and credentials reasonably secured.

Malware hosting, botnet activity, brute-force attacks, unauthorized scanning, IP spoofing, phishing and spam are prohibited. Lawful P2P use must remain within plan and network limits and must not involve infringing or unlawful content.

7. Dedicated servers and network use

Dedicated server customers must not operate services that expose the network to abuse, including open proxies used for attacks, open DNS resolvers, unauthenticated open mail relays, spoofed traffic or attack infrastructure.

High packet-rate or connection behavior that threatens network stability may be rate-limited, filtered or null-routed. You must respond promptly to abuse notices involving IP addresses assigned to your server.

8. Content, IP and sensitive use

You are responsible for ensuring hosted content and activity comply with applicable law and third-party rights. Pirated software, unauthorized copyrighted works, stolen data and content that unlawfully infringes intellectual-property rights are not permitted.

Adult or sexually explicit content is not permitted unless the specific CybroHost product description and the applicable network or service-provider rules both expressly allow it, and the content is lawful in every applicable context. Regulated, politically sensitive or unusually high-risk workloads should be discussed with CybroHost before ordering because provider restrictions may differ by service and location.

9. Privacy and personal-data misuse

Do not use CybroHost services to collect, publish, sell, distribute or process personal information unlawfully. Doxxing, unlawful surveillance, credential dumps and stolen payment or identity data are prohibited. Customers processing personal information are responsible for meeting applicable privacy and data-protection obligations.

10. Network and IP reputation

Do not intentionally create repeated abuse complaints, blocklisting, routing harm or reputation damage. CybroHost may restrict IP resources or service functionality where continued activity threatens deliverability, network access or network or provider relationships.

11. Enforcement

Depending on severity, CybroHost may request corrective action, remove or disable access to content, restrict ports or features, rate-limit traffic, isolate a system, null-route an IP, suspend a service or terminate an account.

Immediate action may be taken for active security threats, severe spam/phishing, malware, fraud, attacks or binding legal or service-provider requirements. Policy enforcement does not create an automatic refund entitlement.

12. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse, include the affected domain or IP address, relevant URLs, timestamps, message headers or logs where available, and a concise description of the issue.
