Cybrohost guarantees a seven-day money-back period for all VPS and shared hosting services. In the event that the hosting services do not meet your needs entirely. You can initiate a refund request by opening a ticket in your client area or by sending us an email. If you request a cancellation, you will receive a complete reimbursement for the hosting fee that you paid. This money-back guarantee is only valid for hosting service fees; it does not cover any fees for additional services, administrative costs, custom software install fees, or other setup costs.

Offshore Dedicated Server

Refunds are not available for dedicated servers. Due to the nature of the service, dedicated servers are not eligible for the seven-day money-back guarantee. Refunds, however, are only available in the event that we have an error and your server goes down for more than 72 hours as a result.

Cancellations and Refunds

NOTE: There will be no refund if our services are used in any kind of illegal activities, like bulk mailing, email marketing, spamming, fraud, phishing, scamming, malicious activity, DDOS, hacking e,t,c

Cancelation Process

In case you are not satisfied by our hosting service you can cancel your hosting account within 7 days by giving us a written notice either by opening a ticket from Client Area or by sending us an email to support@Cybrohost.com with subject line "Cancellation and Refund".

Once we have received your request and confirmed all the necessary information with you we will process your request within 24 hours and will notify you in written typically by email that your hosting is cancelled and the refund is processed. You will receive a notification from us by email that your refund is processed.

NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation request after 7 days.

Termination We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that:

• You fail to pay any fees due.
• You violate this Agreement.
• Your conduct may harm Cybrohostor the users/clients of Cybrohosti.e by spamming, brute force attacks, ddos attack e.t.c or
• As otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, Cybrohost shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, We may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term.
• Upon Termination of the services for any Reason, user content, user websites, and other data will be deleted providing no backup to user

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Refund Policy at any time and in any manner.
